The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing client-facing consulting projects, including legal support services, business analysis, and operational assessments. The role serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of customized consulting services. This position requires advanced project management skills, financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and professional-level communication.

Job Requirements – Client Relationship Specialist
Minimum Education Requirement:
A Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field is required.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Proven knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK), task allocation, and milestone tracking.
Proficiency in business and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Salesforce, or Monday.com.
Strong skills in budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial report preparation.
Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis and generate executive-level reporting.
Familiarity with client lifecycle management, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication protocols.
Understanding of HR processes related to onboarding, staffing, and vendor coordination, including regulatory compliance.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Ability to analyze business needs, identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and execute process improvements.
Preferred Experience:
1–2 years of prior experience in a consulting, legal, or cross-functional project coordination setting involving client interaction.
Experience working in a multicultural or international business context.
