About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Attorney at Law to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to our clients, represent them in legal proceedings, and perform research and analysis on various legal problems. The Attorney will work closely with our consulting team, integrating legal expertise with business strategy to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice to clients on various legal issues.
Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, wills, and lawsuits.
Coordinate with the consulting team to develop and implement strategic solutions.
Maintain client relationships and manage client expectations.
Requirements:
A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the State Bar to practice law.
Proven experience as an Attorney, preferably in a consulting firm.
Proficient in legal research with strong analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and cases.
A keen understanding of legal and business environments, particularly for clients with international backgrounds.
Ethical and professional behavior.
