About the Role
We are currently looking for a highly-skilled Account Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing account strategies, coordinating with our consulting team to deliver comprehensive solutions, and driving business growth.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients.
Understand client business objectives and challenges to develop effective account strategies.
Collaborate with the consulting team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Drive account growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Provide insightful feedback from clients to internal teams.
Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an Account Director or similar role, preferably in a consulting firm.
Exceptional client relationship management skills.
Strong business acumen with an ability to understand and solve complex business challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts concurrently.
Experience working with international clients would be advantageous.
